As some of you might know, I have been trying to find my cousin for the last 14˝ yrs (and thanks to the help of Lawman, I have been able to pinpoint where he is currently living). I have also found out that he is working as a Firearms Safety Training Instructor for the NY DOC somewhere.
Is it public information that I can find out which prison or jail he might be working at or maybe a way to find out if he might have an email address where I can leave my contact information for him or otherwise try to find out if he has a home email address somewhere?
I have tried many of the social networking sites to see if I can find him, but have been unsuccessful and sites like Intellius want to charge me for this information.
Does anyone have any recommendations of FREE sites other than Zabasearch as to where I might be able to locate an email address for my cousin or my aunt (I have tried to hand-write a letter to them, but I can't seem to find the right words after the first 'Hello.' or 'Dear (Aunt) xxx and (cousin) xxx' and I am just wasting alot of paper and I really don't exactly know what I would say, if or when I do try to call them and just think it would be easier to send an email because of the ability to edit and change things around).
Any help or feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You can try snitch.name, it is another social network search. Just enter the persons real name and scroll down for the results. You will be able to see the actual web pages without having to click on them.

Re- NY DOC
When conventional online methods prove negative I just call a department’s personnel unit and ask them to forward a message to the employee. I’ve found LE personal units extremely helpful especially when you can talk the talk. If you know someone in or with a LE /DOC background you may want to ask them to place a call for you. Hope this helps
