I was in an accident at six flags great adventure in NJ back in 1995. Now I was 5 years old at the time. I won my case against them and was awarded a nice settlement. My mom was handling everything and has since past away I am of legal age to collect my award and I have no idea as to where it is. please help.

did your mum have a lawyer if so check
with them also if you where not the next of kin check with them
check with the bank your mother used they may be of help

I think that would have been handled by the county court where the incident happened. But I am not sure how things are done in various states. This link will give you contact and other information you may need.
