I really could use some help on this...I bought a 1969 Chevy CST truck, I have the VIN number off the cab panel (door), I need to get a title on it, and find out who was the last owner on the title. the guy I bought it from didn't put it in his name and moved and can't find the title. I went to the tag agency to file for a lost title and to find out who owned it last, but had no luck. I was a little dissappointed when I paid for this service on this site to find out it didn't do me any good. So, I am hopeing someone here can help me. I have went to the decoder site typed in the VIN and it couldn't find anything for me. PLEASE HELP!
