I am trying to find out how I obtain a divorce license for someone? I am married to him now but I found out that he is still married to someone else also. I have obtain a copy of the docket # for their marriage but I have looked up the years after their marriage and can't find anything. I assume that is because they are still married. I am trying to get a annulment but I need proof of the marriage and proof that they haven't got a divorce. Could someone plz help me?
