I CAN'T SAY I DISAGREE...there was a time when I had the authority to shoot to kill I never had to and I am not disappointed! so for today I don't have to worry or deal with it so why bother there are far too many issues I can influence and control and work towards ...I try to walk the walk and leave the talk for the pundits who get a half million a year! I just watch another channel and wish I still enjoyed a "smoke!"

Before I explain any further I wish to thank all of you who were concerned for my safety regarding an earlier post on another subject. The truth is there was nothing there that could have put me in any greater danger than what I have already lived.

I know a very evil man. The fact is, there is not sufficient evidence to convict him,or even to have him arrested. That does not make the threat any less real.

If enough evidence could be found, this man would likely find himself on death row.

When I first met him I did not support the death penalty, so I had to really search out what God had to say on this subject.

It became a battle as to how I should deal with this matter. If I reported him and he were arrested and found guilty, then I would bear a responsibility, because I would be the reason he is there. If I say nothing, and he kills another then I would bear a responsibility because I know what he is capable of and I said nothing. That would make me as guilty as he is.

I was very ill for a very long time because of this man's cruelty.

I have a beautiful family, and I live in fear for their safety for every moment that he walks in freedom.

A life sentence does not mean that a person will die in prison. He/she might get an early release.

There is no method of execution that I am aware of that could be as cruel and inhumane as the pain, grief and suffering that he has inflicted upon my life.

I am a supporter of the death penalty and believe it should be allowed in every state. Not just because of my own suffering, for I am not alone. Others have also walked this path, but because I really do believe it is according to scripture.

HEY I HAVE PTSD FROM THE POWERLESSNESS I FELT FROM SOME OF THE SH*T I HAD TO DEAL WITH ON MY JOB! SO I CAN FEEL YOUR PAIN!
BUT TO TOLERATE IS TO ENABLE THESE PEOPLE WHO'S STRENGTH & POWER COMES FROM THE SILENCE ,INDIFFERENCE, APATHY & FEAR! THERE IS A LOT TO BE SAID WITH IDENTIFICATION & NOTIFICATION!
PUT HIM ON FRONT STREET!

Many years ago I found a poem I thought some of you might like. I read it often, especially when I'm feeling down. I'm don't know who the author of it is.

THE SCHOOL OF LIFE

Sometimes I've felt that life was cruel;
On fate, I laid the blame.
But then one day God showed to me
A rainbow through the rain.

And looking back I realize
I had no right to scorn
For now I know that God has placed
On every rose a thorn.

I've learned to live through heartache;
My soul has grown through pain;
For life besides the sunshine,
Must also have some rain.

Some precious dreams have shattered
Lie hopeless at my feet;
But I have learned to conquer
Because I've known defeat.

No gold would ever glisten,
Nor highly valued be,
If it were not for the burning
That brings forth purity.

So all the things I thought were bad
I see were best for me:
I was not born to live a day
But for eternity!

So finally I understand;
I see the faith I lack,
For on the tapestry of my life
God is working from the back

AS PINK FLOYD SAID:ALL IN ALL IT'S JUST A BRICK IN THE WALL!

I LIKE TO BELIEVE ...I LIVE MY LIFE AS I DO OR AT LEAST TRY...

I KNOW I MAY REGRET IT BUT I AM SURE IT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!

IF YOU ARE THAT CONCERNED WITH THIS GUY...WAIT LET ME RE PHRASE: "If you don't do anything...You are doing something to help this Twisted Kook!

so if you want drop me a line

I'm doing everything I can to stop the monster. The poem is just saying that no matter how twisted, knotted, shattered and broken my life may be because of the pain I've been though, it will eventually work to my favor.

All the pain and suffering the monster has inflicted upon my life have not broken me. Because he did not back off, he provoked memory of things I'd forgotten, now if I can just figure out how to make it connect.

Sherry

What stopped you from pursuing this matter? Was it lack of evidence, lack of investigative interest by authorities or statute of limitations?

From the back of tapestry

To make it a little clearer; if you've ever seen the backside of tapestry or emboridery work, it looks like a maze of disconnected, broken, twisted and knotted lines of thread that go nowhere. These often end abruptly and change direction. It's only when you turn the work to the other side that you see the beautiful picture that is created from what appears to be nothing but chaos.

That"s what our lives often look and feel like
because we can't see the whole picture,( just the backside of the tapestry).

But as we continue on, then the picture as a whole begins to emerge.

Watchman,

I haven't stopped. I've been trying for more than 20 years to stop this man, quite to the dismay of my family and yea even the police who just happen to think I'm paranoid. I've just taken a different approach. I've passed a lot of the information on to the FBI and also, Wichita has some information. But then as you know, another person confessed to that crime.
