Thanks logic but i dont have as much as that person did. I have the ashes and the death certifercate. thats it. no police report to refrence, no clipping from a paper. I did however get a hold of the chief and hes an --[Censored]--. Told me he died in 2004 and we classified it as a suicde. So I told him
"how? Was their anyone around who saw him jump? Did you have security footage? Or did you assume cause he was in a psychiatric hospital. I'm sorry I don't want the easy answer. I don't think my brother would've done it without a note."
Yeah thats prolly a little mean of me to put it that way but Im to the point where i feel im close to finding out and im being blocked again.

I’m not surprised, that's exactly why I suggested having someone who knows their way around law enforcement inquire on your behalf. Give it a “cooling off” period and try to find someone to call for you. Good luck and keep us updated.
