My husband is an alcoholic and I have caught him drinking and driving many times including while having my son in the vehicle. The most recent event has triggered me to hire an attorney to help educate me on the liability he poses in an effort to protect myself and my children. He has had several DUI's/DWIs between HIS Dad and I, we know of 4 yet I cannot locate his driving records for these states. Any help would certainly be appreciated. |

You might want to try locating his traffic records using http://www.criminalpages.com/ or http://www.criminalsearches.com/ Both of those sites are Free to use. Your lawyer should be able to get his criminal / traffic record for you.
You can also use http://www.snoopstation.com/ to locate your local clerk of courts office. They can give you his record for a small fee. I hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if we can further assist you in your research.
