I had a car accident back in March of 2008. I'm in the process of suing the driver's insurance company. I need additonal information on the driver(s) like their motor vehicle record. What I'm trying to find is if there are additional vehicles they are using. Is there anyway of obtaining this information on my own? My lawyer want to charge me and arm and a leg. I have the owners name, address, phone number, dob. Can you assist me?

You may want to check with your local DMV to see if they will release the information to you.

my only son was killed 1/25/09 i nead to know who the person who was in the room with him called for 3 hr after his death can you help me please

I'm a little confused by your post, I'm not criticizing here, just trying to understand exactly what you're looking for.
A few more details leaving out personal identifiers and including a general location would be helpful. Not to parrot Gary, but have you discussed your concerns with the investigating jurisdiction?
