hI,
i JUST POSTED THE WHOLE STORY SOMEWHERE BUT NOW CANT FIND IT. MY SON WAS GIVEN FULL CUSTODY OF A 6 WEEK OLD BABY GIRL, AND HER MOTHER ABDUCTED HER. THE PROBLEM IS SHE TOOK HER TWO DAYS BEFORE THE JUDGE SIGNED THE CUSTODY PAPERS, AND THAT IS THE LOOPHOLE THAT PREVENTS AN AMBER ALERT BEING ISSUED.
SHE FIRST RAN TO TEXAS WHERE HER MOTHER TOOK HER TO BECAUSE HER SISTER WAS THERE,
FROM THERE LEARNED MY SON HAD BEEN ISSUED FULL CUSTODY, AND THEREFORE FILED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER WITH TEXAS COURT, MAKING IS HAVE TO GO THERE NEXT WEEK BY THE 31.
AS OF YESTERDAY, HER SISTER POSTED ON THE WEBSITE THEY HAD DECIDED TO MOVE TO SAN DIEGO WHERE THEIR MOTHER WAS FROM BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE A BETTER CHANCE AT THE LAW THERE.
WE HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, 5000.00 TO A NC ATTORNEY, 5000.00 TO THE TEXAS ATTORNEY BECAUSE TEXAS DIDN'T RECOGNIZE ANOTHER STATES RULING AND NOW THEIR IN TEXAS. THE WORST IS THIS POOR NEWBORN BABY SHOULD BE IN HER BEAUTIFUL SAFE NURSERY, NOT ROAMING THE COUNTRYSIDE. FURTHERMORE THEY PLAINLY STATE THEY ARE DOING IT BECAUSE THEY CAN WORK THE LAW BETTER THERE. THEY ARE PUBLICLY STATING THEY ARE MANIPULATING THE SYSTEM DOESN'T ANYONE SEE THAT. IS IT FAIR THAT MY SON AND OUR FAMILY (WHICH BY THE WAY HAD THE BABY CONSTANTLY CAUSE THE LITTLE HOOCH WANTED TO 'SLEEP')HAS TO LAY AWAKE EACH AND EVERY NIGHT WONDERING IF SHE''S SAFE, WHERE IN THIS COUNTRY THEY ARE NOW, AND IF SHE'S BEING CARED FOR.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS.
WE REALLY DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE IN CALIFORNIA, BECAUSE HER ATTORNEY SPOKE TO OURS TODAY AND SAID SHE WOULD BE AT THE HEARING IN TEXAS NEXT WEEK. MAYBE ALL THEIR POSTINGS ARE BECOMING DECOYS?
WE JUST WANT THAT PRECIOUS ANGEL IN HER SAFE WARM CRADLE WHERE SHE BELONGS, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP.

I'm not a attorney, but this all sounds completely wrong to me. I found the link below at the Woman's law.org under NC parental kidnapping assuming that is where this all originated, you may like to see it. It seems fairly standard that you can't take a child out of any state if there are court actions underway. Also it seems to me that if the father has reason to believe the child is in danger that would change things drastically.You have the right to parent your child, but you don't have the right to endanger them. Maybe you can take this to the press, if there is a loop hole that allows this it needs to be closed. I hope 4my will chime in with what could happen to this extremely young child medically if this life on the run continues. On another note if she is posting to some website to pass information to you, she may well be posting on another to friends family etc that you don't know about, try the other links below to track that down. Please keep us posted.
