HHow can I check court/criminal record for an individual? I have full name and social security data |

just discovered that you can do search with nys court system for $55 fee. |

Well tickle me pink!! I honestly didn't know that the fee was that high. 
You are right; right there it was clear as day:
Criminal History Record Search The New York State Office of Court Administration (OCA) provides a New York Statewide criminal history record search (CHRS) for a fee of $55.00.
