I am from Canada and would like to find out if I have a criminal record listed in any of the States. I have a pardon in Canada but don't know if I can cross the border because of new Homeland Security measures.

Hi tebot. The best way to find out if you will have issues with The Dept of Homeland Security, is probably to just contact them and ask. If you explain your situation they can advise you from there.
