I need some assistance in accessing Civil Court records in regards to minors being removed from my ex-husband's home, due to domestic violence. He is a cyclical abuser and is on his third wife. I have records of his his assaults against two other women, but I need the other reports to show he also hits children. Additionally he is a major speeding and other traffic law violator and I fear my child traveling with him across country. Any insight or direction to take my search would be appreciated.
