Back in the 70's I was arrested in Virginia, ,How can I get these files exspunged ? And how can I access them for my employer..

IF YOUR EMPLOYER DID A BACKGROUND AND THEY ARE NOT SHOWING ...THEY MAY BE SEALED ...I WOULD HAVE TO CHECK TO SEE WHAT IS SHOWING ..."CONVICTIONS" VS DISMISSED/ADJUDICATED CHARGES...GUESS YOU GOT TO BE MORE SPECIFICS!
