I understand the need for Rules, and those that are in the interest of all concerned these are essential.
BUT, I don't understand why the names of persons who are in the news and are considered public figures, the names of persons who are victims of an unsolved homicides or a missing person cannot be mentioned by name on this forum. Most of these are in the news anyway in hopes that persons with information will come forward.
