Laughing [b] Hi this a new question, I have been looking for my two Brothers for 5 yrs and it seems that every time I get close it's a dead end. They both live in Texas and they both keep in touch.
Do these record sites keep up to date records or are they all old? I live in California and I like to find out where they are before I die.
Our mother gave us up for adoption in 1956 and they went to the Boys Ranch in Amarillo and I was adopted out to a family in the Service. The VA didn't keep records back then as good as they do today and I don't know if either one was in the Military like I was for 19yrs.
So if anybody can help me or show me the right direction to go I will.
EDIT

Lostbrother61 welcome to Detective Forums!

You don’t mention which sites you tried, with online free and pay sites its hit and miss. Occasionally I run a few test names and the results are usually more of a miss than hit. Nonetheless I find even old information to be a useful starting point in a locate. Using other public information sites located on Detective forums in conjunction with a phone I have reasonable success.

Below is a list I cut and pasted from another thread. These sites were suggested to a member by Advanced Investigator and Moderator Justlogic :

http://pipl.com/
http://www.pandia.com/people/index.html
http://snitch.name/
http://www.zabasearch.com/
http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/
http://www.criminalsearches.com/
http://recordsproject.com/

If the above sites, use of your phone and investigational tips found in prior post prove negative consider emailing or leaving a PM (private message) for lawmanconfidential for further direction.
