b/m age 59(now), missing 4 years from Stark County, Ohio. Vietnam vet, with issues. How do I go about trying to locate this individual? I don't believe anyone has tried to find him. His parents are deceased and he the only child. His family and mine were friends. His inheritance is being sold off for taxes. How do I go about this?
