Can Anyone help me on this? My husband was arrested in 2000 for a felony offense and then an add on charge, which he was convicted of in 2001, and received a sentence of 10 years, 5 to serve and 5 suspended. He has completed the first 5, now during the second suspended 5, he has been arrested for a probation violation. WHAT EXACTLY DOES SUSPENDED MEAN? September would make half of the second five years he has completed on probation. Someone please help!!!!

Thanks Gary for your help. I just don't know what the heck to do. He was arrested for probation violation when his former employer called the cops on him and said he was threatening them (by the way he wasn't and the cop they called happens to be their good friend) and I can't understand why this is still going on because is seems so clear to me that there is a very large conflict of interest there and it seems to be a serious injustice. But I have absolutely no idea what to do.[/quote]
