"CLOSER!" Cool Moniker!
When I first joined this forum,the first forum or website (aside from my own.) that I ever really contributed to almost 3 years ago, I was still employed by the state and not eligible to access the professional /restricted databases I can now ,except while on active duty/in the line of duty! So I used "MELLISA" It is time consuming but if one knows what they are doing it is a great way to find people! the key is not being afraid to use the phone! but for finding 411 or doing a case on the cheap I swear by them!
