How do I obtain Military records of my father, if I was given up for adoption by my mother back in 1977? I only have his first and last name, his last know addresss (which was overseas, Germany, where he was stationed), and that he was stationed at the time I was born in Fort Knox, KY in 1977. I don't know where to start...You must be next of kin in order to obtain records...Can anyone help me??????? I would be so grateful for any direction.
