i've just joined this site and for some reason thought that i'd be able to search records, well at least the main ones, however there is one problem i come from a land down under,HELP,plz.

the sort of records that i am looking for is access records of people who are applying for rooms in some boarding houses and in the past some have done a runner and i need ways, or access to way's of maybe tracing them and or finding. so i suppose that i am looking to gain access to any record's that might help me. does this help?
