I agree about the quality of the service from that site. They either need to teach me how to use if effectively or give me my money back.

I cant help you with that site but, you can use the link below to contact your state DMV for records information and research other records as well. It is a free public records site.

Re

I checked out the above free search. How much have you used that site? It appears they want $2 a month for access.

I am curious how much have you paid into using that site?

How is it that it is free. I researched marriage and divorce in the state of Washington. Maybe your searches are in another state and are free. Do you really get free info?

It appears to me that there is no free info on people on the internet. Because it seems likes every city, county, vital statitics, death certificate (at least in the state of Washington) wants $10 or more to provide you that info.

It appears to me there is no free info.

I have used the site and don't know about any fees. I have never been charged a fee. If you tell more about it I will take a look. Was it a fee to a particular city or county database. The portion of your post on vital records, 10 or 20 dollars sounds about average for a hard copy. I have recommended the site many times and, this is the first time I have heard about a fee.

Maybe I am not going to the correct site. Does this look like where you go to for free records?

That's the one. Send the link that asked for the 2 dollars to my PM box. It sounds like you went from records project to some where else. Records project just links to local and state records resources.

I found the link. It was an ad for public records pro some pay site, just ignore it. On the left of the home page for records.com you will see a menu of choices click one. On the page that comes up, you will see a menu of choices for states records ect. Watch out for those box ad's.
