I have already searched the county records... I searched the persons name and I get some hits but I am for sure he and or his company is being sued... Is there a more acurate site I can search or are the county records it??? Any help or feedback is appreciated! |

Keep in mind jurisdiction is an important consideration when researching court filings. Needless to say incorrect jurisdiction, no info….
Is this a recent case and have you checked all variations of defendant/business name. If you checked via an online service this information may not be up to date. |

Thank you for all your input! This guy/company has been in litigation with many people since the 90's and has at least 2 open cases now. I have heard many incriminating things that I would like to see actual proof of... I know there is so much information on him and it is so frustrating beacuse I just dont know where to really look. Thank you and if you think of anything else I can do please let me know! |
