How can I find out if someone is in this country illegally?

afuturelawyer, welcome to Detective Forums!! Finding out if someone is in a country illegal can be a difficult task. There is no online searchable database of illegal aliens. You can research immigration laws, forms and regulations at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

The Investigative methodology is all pretty much contingent on what kind of rapport you have with this individual & Mainly if you want to him to know you are checking him out or not because the best thing to do IS TO ASK HIM ,I RECOMMEND & I WOULD ASK HIM UNDER OATH TO GIVE AN OFFICIAL/OFFICER OF THE COURT ,NOTARY, JUSTICE ETC. IF HE IS HERE LEGALLY & HIS STATUS IS PENDING YOU CAN GET HIS INS# AND LOOK IT UP HERE:

i'm sorry you must have gotten the wrong idea. its a girl i know that came from khazakstan. she some kind of orthodox christrian and she might even be a nun, for all i know , but she somewhere here in the usa now . i'm just trying to find out where and when she came into the usa. i don't feel like paying a bunch of money for a privite detective to go find her.

i did want to look up my own driving record and also find out if i have any wants or warrants on my self too! just to see if this gov. records thing really works or not!
