i want to thank you for the only useful source of obtaining court records.everyone who has sent a stupid amount of time cheking out sites, promising court record access free of charge ,but always full of @#$%,even colorados CBI could;nt find anything (which was strange because i was holding a case file in my hand w/ the date he was being held because of a CBI hold.} stop the maddness check out pacer it's is what it says it is .

How can I get a copy of divorce records from south carolina ,if I don't have the exact date of divorce? I know it was in 1982 or 1983. my mom needs it for ssi . I need it ASAP!

The problem with vitalchek.com is that if you are not the person whose name is on the record they will not release it to you. I tried them already for my boyfriend. We were attempting to get his birth certificate and we gave them all his information. However, when it came time to pay, they would not accept my credit card because it wasn't in his name. A huge pain in the you know what. So I did a google search on vital statistics in the state we were looking in, I printed out the form, he filled it out, we sent it in with a $12 money order and had his birth certificate in less than a week. However, vitalchek is good if you are in a hurry and have the funds to pay for it and don't mind paying for it.
