Divorce records/court records for Kentucky?

Does anyone have any free links or resources for divorce and/or court records, even arrest records for Florence, Kentucky (Boone County)? Trying to check out someone that a friend has been corresponding with online. She has her blinders on, but I just don't have a good feeling about the guy, things don't jive, and of course she doesn't want to see the red flags that I am seeing. She's "in love" Rolling Eyes

I want to check this guy out before he takes advantage of her financially or something even worse.

Any help to get me pointed in the right direction, would be greatly appreciated, so far I have just run in to walls.
