Got some of the info... how to get the rest?

By searching the fed and state criminal records, I've found Mr. Wonderful's quite extensive record of arrests and convictions. He's currently enjoying the hospitality of the Feds (although he told me he was going on an "extended business trip" - ha!)

It wasn't too hard to find his state and county charges. I searched all the state records for the states I knew he'd lived in (he's moved around a lot). But I'm still not sure what he's serving federal time for.

A day or so after I found his records on the state and fed sites he suddenly told me he had to go on this "business trip". I've been tracking him on the BOP site ever since and his status went from CCM (halfway house) to "In Transit" for a week or so and now MCC (Metropolitan Correctional Center - Administrative Facility).

The state sites all showed his convictions, counts, sentence. The BOP just gives his location and projected release date. Where do I find out what his federal conviction was and how long his sentence is, not just his projected release date?

I thought I might have found the answer with a hit I found on one of the state sites (District Court - that's federal, isn't it?) - but his conviction there was in 1998 (just showed the convictions, not the sentence). I have discovered that since then he was convicted and served state time in another state for another charge in 2004 (sentenced to 3 years, served 7 months and then paroled), but it says he was released on parole two years ago and maxed out just two months ago.

But he must have still been serving federal time - concurrently, maybe? - since although he maxed out on his state parole, he is still under federal jurisdiction.

So my question is... where do I go to find out what his federal conviction was, not just his location and projected release date? And how can I find out the details of his most recent state conviction besides the charges and sentence?

I'm a smart and enthusiastic sleuth (but I don't look it - hence the nickname Smile

- so I'm not asking for someone to do the work for me. Just point me in the right direction and give me the tools I need and I'll take it from there.

A little P.S. - I shouldn't give this hint but I'm in a really good mood tonight so consider this a gift to all the con artists out there who might be monitoring this site: Never judge a woman by her looks or bra size like Mr. Wonderful, aka Federal Inmate # *****-*** apparently did.

When it comes to extolling the streangth & POWER of woman (Not to mention the absolute truth in the statement: "There is no greater WRATH,than that of a woman who has been scorned!") MOST CHARGES SHOWN ON MOST/ALL PUBLIC (As well as some in-house or Law ENF "RT" screens ) IS THE PRIME STATUTORY "HOLDING CHARGE" AS LISTED ON THE INMATE/SUSPECTS "MITTIMUS"-OR: "Mit" Some times the charge listed the wording /syntax is just in relation ship to the holding charge "penal/Criminal code Statute # EG: " CRIMINAL CONSPIRICY" -"CC" (FOLLOWED BY THE PENAL CODE EG: 53A-277 ,53a 54, ETC SOME SCREENS MY NOT EVEN SHOW THE PENAL /CRIMINAL CODE REF #S BUT MAY JUST SAY :"CAPITOL fELONY" OR "vIOLATION OF PROBATION" W/ OUT AN ACCOMP. IN THE CASE OF A PAROLEE' OR A PERP ON PROBATION GO It is usually applied "worked" to maintain the best leverage and there are several ways it is utilized & there are a lot of mis conceptions, I'll ad that to my list of tips & tricks because that is somthing a lot of civilians don't understand!!

Thanks for all your information, delawman! I'll definitely be contacting you privately with some questions.

One thing I did find this weekend that was a hugely valuable resource is the PACER system. I found all the details on his crimes, arrest dates, court dates, warrants issued, J&Cs.... it had everything. I think this is just for federal crimes but that's what I needed. You do pay for searching the records but it's minimal - 8 cents per page whether you view it or print it, and a no-hit will cost you 8 cents as well. But I found a hit everytime.

He has a record going back at least 10 years (longer if you check state and county records), plus violating his last supervised release which got that revoked and put him back in a Fed facility for a few more years. Right now the BOP shows him at a Federal Administrative Facility so it looks like he violated his supervised release again and I assume they're going to decide whether to revoke it again and where to put him this time.

And you're so right - hell hath no fury like a woman scorned or lied to! But karma is a B**** and what goes around always comes back around to you. He's getting his back now, I'm sure... he had a taste for high living, martinis and expensive cigars and I know he's not getting them there! Smile
